David L. Grange is the President of Osprey Global Solutions, LLC, a Service-Disable Veterans Organization. Grange was the CEO of Pharm-Olam International, LLC, as well as CEO and a member of the Board of Directors for PPDI (Pharmaceutical Product Development, Inc.). Prior to joining PPDI, Grange served in the McCormick Foundation for over 9 years, as President and Chief Executive Officer, and earlier as Chief Operating Officer. Grange served 30 years in the U.S. Army, where he finished with a decorated military career and led from platoon through division level. Following 9/11, Grange was a national security consultant for CNN, CBS, and WGN.

Chief Operating Officer Timothy M. Stranahan joined the company in November 2020, after a senior leadership role in a Fortune 100 telecommunications company, and nearly 23 years of service in the FBI. COO Stranahan served as the FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge for the State of North Carolina leading National Security (International and Domestic Terrorism; Counterintelligence; Cyber; WMD; Crisis Management) and Criminal investigations. He has served with distinction in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina, and Washington, D.C., and received the FBI Combat Theater Award for foreign assignment in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Chief Technology Officer Jamie Gilbert, PE, is a licensed professional engineer with more than 35 years of design and integration experience throughout the communication industry. Gilbert leads a team of engineers and network technicians, with over 100 years of combined implementation expertise working with private companies and government agencies developing and integrating specialty communication, networking and computer control solutions that meet each client’s unique needs and mission.
Dan has an engineering background and broad business acumen supporting technical enterprises serving the built environment. Skills include developing successful strategies, providing fiduciary oversight, and mentoring and coaching leadership teams. Experience includes restructuring a division of an engineering firm to provide focus and position firm for growth in highly specialized market sectors, resulting in revenue growth of 3x. Led the start-up of a construction firm with annual revenue now eclipsing $100 million. Currently assisting with the start-up of a software and UAS company as well as other business enterprises. Dan’s passion is mentoring and helping people achieve greatness in their careers. He truly believes in challenging the norm and embracing change to allow teams and companies achieve success.
Mike Sprayberry is a proven leader and emergency manager with a career of public service spanning over 42 years. He served the State of North Carolina for more than more than 15 years in various leadership roles within the state’s Division of Emergency Management; eight of which he served as the Division’s Director while also leading the state’s Office of Recovery and Resiliency and serving as the state’s Deputy Homeland Security Advisor. During his tenure as Director, Mike successfully led his agencies through 32 federal and state declared disasters. Additionally, Mike was President of the National Emergency Management Association (NEMA) from 2017-2018. Before joining state government, Mike honorably served in the United States Marine Corps and North Carolina Army National Guard for 25 years. Mike holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Kent D. Benjamin is the Vice President / Co-Founder of C2Integrations LLC, providing Tactical and Strategic consulting and support to the Department of Defense (DoD), Inter-Agency (IA) and Law Enforcement (LE) Agencies, both foreign and domestic. Mr. Benjamin has over twenty years of experience as a Special Agent working on complex CWMD critical technology cases. While serving as Unit Chief for DoC National Security Division, Mr. Benjamin was responsible for facilitating investigative cases and joint operational initiatives, between the DoD, Intelligence Community, Foreign Governments, and other Law Enforcement Agencies. Mr. Benjamin served as a Supervisory Special Agent responsible for overseeing Special Agents working at locations in nine countries; his duties included managing strategic outreach engagement and foreign engagement programs. Mr. Benjamin is the recipient of two Gold Medals, the Department of Commerce's highest award for the "For Excellence in the Disruption of Weapons of Mass Destruction and Terrorist procurement networks." From 2002-2003, Mr. Benjamin was deployed with the United States Army, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, where he was stationed at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba as a Senior Interrogator for High-Value Detainees. He was again deployed from 2003-2004 in support of Iraqi Freedom tactical HUMNIT teams, stationed throughout Iraq. Mr. Benjamin retired from military service after twenty-seven years.

Jordan Sr. is a detail-oriented, dedicated, and accomplished education administrator, faculty member, executive coach, and principal consultant with more than thirty years of experience in delivering sound strategic leadership, academic influencing, coaching, and personal development across a wide range of both public and private sector applications. Throughout his extensive professional career, Dr. Jordan has developed comprehensive expertise throughout the areas of human resource development, operations, strategic planning, business development, project management, learning, and development, coaching and mentoring, information technology, automation technology, and facilities management. As a retired US Army Officer with nearly 30 years of military service, Dr. Jordan’s proven ability to provide excellence, support, and leadership across all levels of a team or organization has made him a coveted asset not only to his previous organization but also to his current clients through his consultancy firm, Dr. J Enterprises, LLC.
Mr. Goodman has been practicing telecommunications law since 1983. He advises clients on a broad array of complex telecommunications issues, including broadband, satellite, net neutrality, wireless equipment approvals and common carrier regulation. He represents companies before the FCC, other federal agencies and courts, and advises clients on regulatory and technology developments. He received his undergraduate degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his law degree from Cornell Law school.

Dr. Guy Sanani is an established physician with over 23 years of experience in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He completed his training at Saint Louis University in Anesthesia and a fellowship in Pain Medicine at Stanford University. He is well regarded in Westlake Village community, earning numerous accolades for his quality and patient- centered care. Dr. Sanani is active in the community and has spent 17 years with The Youth and Adult soccer programs. He takes great pride in the care provided by him and associates in sport medicine at highly reputable Southern California Orthopedic Institute. Dr. Sanani passion is driven by the bonds he builds with his patients over the course of their lives and the enjoyment he holds in keeping them healthy and well.
Hernán Oyarzábal is a Senior Executive with an extensive record of accomplishments in economics, finance, banking, and management, spanning internationally in the public and private sectors. Hernán has acted as the Executive Director for the International Monetary Fund, representing Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Spain, and Venezuela. Hernán has also been a Member of the Board and Director of Finance for Corimon, a Venezuela-based chemical company. Hernán has an Honorary Doctor of Human Science Degree from the Carkhuff Institute of Applied Science and has acted as a Professor of International Finance at Univerisdad Católica Andrés Bello.
